If you purchase a product from the Gravity Website, we provide an easy return policy within 7 days from the date of the Invoice, so the things you purchase are returnable at your convenience.

Return Process
To initiate a return:
To initiate a return, visit the Customer Service section on our website and create a return request.
We will arrange a pickup within 3–4 business days.
Please pack the items securely and remove all old labels from the package.
Once we receive the items, they will be inspected. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–12 business days.
If you purchased our products through another online shopping platform, their return policy will apply.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of product returns.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued in the form of a Gravity Bath Wallet credit, valid for one year.
Refund times are subject to the issuing bank’s policies and processing times.
Exchanges
You may exchange items within 7 days of delivery. To do so, visit your account, select the item for exchange, and choose the replacement product.

If the replacement product costs less, the difference will be issued as store credit. If the cost is higher, the additional amount will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, you can log in to your Gravity Account and cancel within 24 hours from the date of placing your order.
Cancellations will not be accepted once the purchase has been dispatched.
Once your order is dispatched, you can receive the order and opt for a return in case you do not wish to keep the product.
